The section User Documentation contains instructions for Flight Deck users, both key users and those with access restricted to certain system functionalities. The user documentation is structured according to the functional modules, such as contracting, invoicing, booking, etc., independently of which system — ASGARD or MIDGARD — is behind them.
The Integration Guide is designed for developers and includes quintessence public API service documentation.
In the Training Materials section, you will find demonstration videos and instruction texts that can be used for training purposes. This section is new and more material will be added in future.
This site is based on the user group principle: most materials are accessible to all registered users of quintessence systems, whereas parts of the documentation are accessible to certain customer groups only.
